Sovereignty Begins With Nourishment

This past weekend I talked to so many people from different walks of life — and over and over, I kept hearing the same kind of frustration when it comes to doctors and Western medicine.
Some were tired of having to fight to get basic testing done.
Some were frustrated that doctors were so quick to push pharmaceuticals before even understanding the root of the issue.
Others were just shocked that no one is talking to them about minerals, lymph flow, nourishment, or how the body actually works as a system.
And honestly? I get it.
We’re watching people wake up and realize that something feels off.
It’s not that doctors are being malicious; it’s that most of them weren’t taught the whole picture.
They were taught symptoms and protocols, not how the body communicates.
Most never took more than a single course on nutrition.
And yet they’re the ones people are trusting with their symptoms, hoping for healing, when in reality, sometimes the body is just begging for minerals, hydration, and support so it can do what it’s already designed to do.
So I think that’s the real question people are asking right now:
“If I don’t fully trust the system, then… where do I turn?”
And that question is honestly one of the biggest reasons I do what I do.
I don’t want to be your authority.
I want to hand you the pieces I’ve learned so that it sparks that remembering inside of you, that feeling of,
"Oh. My body isn’t my enemy. I can actually learn its language."
Because you deserve sovereignty over your health.
You deserve to feel like you know your body better than anyone else does.
The product I sold the most of this weekend was Flow, my lymph support tea. And almost every single person who bought it didn’t come to my table intending to buy, it happened after a real conversation about the body.
We’d start talking about lymph stagnation or mineral depletion and then I’d flip over the bag and show them the herbs.
I'd say something like:
“Nettle is one of the most mineral rich gentle herbs that you can offer the body to start replenishing the depletion.”
And you could feel it.
Their mind was curious, but their body was already saying yes.
They weren’t buying tea.
They were choosing nourishment.
If you’re in that place of waking up to your own health and thinking “Okay… now what?” ,
let me say this clearly:
Start with nourishment.
Not with detoxing.
Not with trying to overhaul everything at once.
Just give your body things that replenish instead of drain it.
That alone will shift more than you think.
If I had to recommend only three places to start, it would be these:
Trace minerals in your water
Bone broth or mineral-rich soups for deep replenishment
A simple tea with nettle — like Flow — to start rebuilding your reserves gently
The more you feed your body what it’s actually needing, the louder your own inner knowing gets. You will finally have the nourishment to hear your body speak.
