I am a woman who is learning to listen with everything that I have and reforge the relationship with my body. This body isn't just something I wear.  It is not separate of who I am. It is me. It is home. 

 

Celestial Roots Co. grew out of lived experience. It is my return.  A return to the body as an intelligent system. A return to the earth as a collaborator. I’m Nikki, and this is how I tend that relationship.

 

My path into this work came through illness, frustration, and years of being told to manage symptoms. What ultimately is healing me is relationship: with food, with plants, with my nervous system, and with the rhythms I had been taught to ignore.

 

This work is not about fixing the body.
It is about learning how to be in relationship with it.

 

The remedies I create, the guides I write, and the words I share are meant to meet people where they are — in motion, in rest, in confusion, in remembering. I do not believe in chasing results. I believe in creating conditions where the body feels safe enough to speak.

 

I live this practice daily, as a mother, a traveler, a maker, and a woman in ongoing relationship with the natural world. What I offer here is not separation between the cosmic and the earthly, but the understanding that they have never been separate.
