This past weekend, I gave myself something I’d been deeply needing—a reset in nature. Our campsite sat right on the edge of a peaceful lake, and we were blessed to be wrapped in the light of the Pink Full Moon.

I’ve been feeling taxed lately—overwhelmed in my nervous system and stretched thin in all directions. But as always, nature brought me home to myself. The songs of birds, the cool breeze off the lake, and the quiet stillness of the trees gave my body and spirit the space to soften.

Coming out of that weekend, the word that stayed with me was balance.

When we seek medicine—whether through nature, herbs, or energy healing—we’re not just trying to fix a symptom. We’re saying we’re ready to honor every part of ourselves.

That includes our relationship with nature, our inner child, our divine feminine and masculine, and the person we are today and the one we’ve been. Healing isn’t about favoring one part over another. It’s about creating harmony between them.

I went into this trip asking, “What am I missing?” in regards to this business I’m building and the life I’m creating. The answer I received was clear:

It’s not about what I’m missing—it’s about not losing the things I love in the process.

If I want to grow my business, keep working on myself, and show up to support others, I also need to make time for the things that light me up. Like camping. Like stillness. Like joy.

The Pink Moon brings a message of balance and introspection, especially in how we relate to ourselves and others. This is a powerful time to pause and reflect:

Are you honoring your body with whole foods and your spirit with intentional plant remedies?

Are you building resilience through stress relief while also giving yourself permission to rest?

Are you expressing your needs clearly and compassionately?

Balance isn’t something we achieve once and hold onto foreverit’s a living rhythm that shifts as we grow. As we shed old patterns and reshape ourselves, we must keep listening to the soul and tending to the heart and mind in equal measure.

So under this Pink Moon, I invite you to ask:

Where in my life can I welcome more harmony? What part of me is asking to be honored right now?
