Divine Flow: Unblocking The Body Through Lymph, Movement, & Trust

Last September, I found myself at a crossroads with my teeth. I knew I had some issues with a few of my molars, likely caused by depletion from pregnancies and breastfeeding, and I could see where I was starting to show a little bit of decay in my front teeth. I have serious dental anxiety, but I pushed through and scheduled a visit. The experience was awful—I left feeling like my entire nervous system had been put through a shredder. The thought of going in for actual treatment made me want to vomit.

So the question became: do I medicate myself and force my body through dental procedures that felt like a chop shop, or do I start doing some research and work on actually healing my teeth?
I created a remineralizing tooth powder and started a colloidal silver mouthwash. Over the months, I could see that my teeth weren't continuing in their decay progression, but they also weren't fully remineralizing either.
I discovered a brand called Bliss Energetics when my son started showing cavities on his teeth (again, clear evidence of depletion). We introduced remineralizing tooth putty for the kids, as well as cell salts, vitamin K2, and more bone broth and mineral-rich foods. I did all of this for myself as well and added in the HealThyTooth serum.
So I'm sure you can imagine my frustration when I had a different back molar start bothering me. When I tried to use a flosser, versus just the water pik, I had to force the floss in between the teeth and was met with plenty of nerve pain. It seemed like I had yet another tooth decaying despite all of my efforts.
My next bout of research led me to figuring out which organs these teeth were connected to, as well as what energetic and emotional roles they play in the body.
Tooth #18 is deeply tied into the large intestine. It can prompt questions about nourishment and digestion—not just physical digestion, but the energetic and emotional digestion of what we are taking on that is not ours to hold.
Whether it's an energetic or physical weight that this tooth is reflecting, I knew I needed to get things moving. I started applying castor oil to my large intestine area at night, on my gums around the tooth and the other teeth that I have been working with, and using Circulate & Vibrate on my jawline.
The goal was to give the body a clear pathway to move out the decay and inflammation.
Tonight, as I was brushing my teeth and about to apply the tooth putty and tooth serum, I saw what looked like a huge black spot at the edge of that tooth. I had already used the water pik, so I thought it was odd for there to still be food stuck. I started using a flosser and the first amazing realization was that I could put the floss between the teeth without any resistance.
From there, I started digging at the black spot. I removed actual pieces of decay and calcium deposits. They were just sitting there, waiting for me to move them off. In just a few days of activating the lymph to my teeth and the connecting organs, my tooth was able to show me in real time the power of the body to heal.
What I am coming to realize about the lymphatic system is how little we have ever really understood it.
It is the river that runs through every part of our body, and when it dams up, toxins, fats, decay, inflammation, pain, etc.—they all get stuck.
There are hundreds of reasons why the lymph might "dam" up and get congested, and it would be a disservice to ourselves to deny the energetic ties that the lymphatic system has.
I think it's important to note how much we've been told is "normal" is actually a sign that the lymph is congested and needs support:
Cellulite = lymph congestion
Inability to detox without die-off symptoms = lymph congestion
Fluid retention = lymph congestion
Headaches & brain fog = lymph congestion
Working with my lymph system has been such a powerful, multifaceted healing journey that I never expected to end up on. I am seeing the connections with every part of my body.
Tooth #18 is on the left side, and that is our Divine Feminine. So in this case, the emotional and energetic tie is: where have I taken on too much? Where have I not put myself first?
On the physical side, as it connects to the large intestine: Where have I not nourished my body properly and supported it so that it could continue to support me without going into a space of depletion and sacrifice (i.e., tooth dying to feed the body)?
I started working with the lymph nodes on the backs of my knees in the bath today and noticed that on the right side, the lymph was much tighter. And what a beautiful thing to realize: the yin and yang in my body have been working to keep the balance. As my left, feminine side has struggled with congestion and difficulty finishing its processing, my right side has picked up the slack to try and move out the things that are no longer serving us.
Our lymph system is everything. It is our life force. Honoring it means seeing all that we are: the physical, the emotional, the energetic. It's okay to offer it support. We weren't meant to do any of this on our own, and that means we are a team with our bodies and minds.
My husband once told me that my remedies seem to work better and faster for everyone else than they do for me. And I'm realizing there's a lot of truth to that. But what I've also realized is that I'm not just healing. I am listening to the body, observing and coming to understand all of its systems, and working to deeply honor myself and this body that I call home. This is not about fixing for me—it's about stepping fully into my power and becoming fluent in the language of healing. The more I learn, the more I see that
I am the medicine, and this is my medicine woman journey.
Circulate & Vibrate is the lymph support blend I created to begin working directly with my own lymphatic flow.
