A Somatic Tea Blending Experience

What to Expect:

During this two-hour experience, we will move through several gentle phases designed to bring you into deeper connection with your body.

• Grounding & body awareness practice
A guided body scan to help you settle into the present moment and reconnect with sensations within your body.

​

• Somatic tea ceremony
A reflective tea meditation using one of Celestial Roots’ herbal blends, inviting you to slow down and listen inward.

​

• Herbal education
Learn about several nourishing herbs and their traditional uses for supporting the body.

​

• Create your own tea blend
Using the herbs provided, you’ll craft a custom tea blend to take home as a reminder of the support and intention you want to carry forward.

Listening In is a guided somatic tea ceremony and herbal blending experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect , and begin cultivating a more trusting relationship with your body.

 

Through grounding practices, reflective inquiry, and a meditative tea ceremony, we create space to pause long enough to actually hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

 

​This is not about fixing your body.

It’s about beginning a relationship with it.

$55 per person
(includes tea ceremony, herbal education, and your custom tea blend to take home)

What to Bring

• A journal, if you enjoy writing during reflection (optional)

• Something comfortable to sit on.
We will be seated on the floor in a circle for most of the experience. Many people like to bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, or meditation pillow to make themselves comfortable.

• Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and settle into the space.

• An open mind and curiosity about what your body may share.

 

*A small number of folding chairs will be available if sitting on the floor isn’t accessible for you.

If you would prefer a floor meditation cushion, feel free to reach out after registering — a limited number of extra floor poufs are available.
